Work Readiness

Community Work Services has offered workplace readiness, job exploration, counseling, and hands-on work experiences since its earliest days. Today, we continue this work through a variety of training programs.

One of our core offerings is a six-week Job Readiness Training that includes 21 unique workshops, led by CWS staff along with employer and community partners. Each session is 1.5 hours long and can be delivered in a flexible format, allowing us to tailor the experience to each participant. This individualized approach helps job seekers gain the skills and confidence they need to secure a job that aligns with their training and goals.
