At 56 years old and a proud mother of adult children, Tania had faced challenges before—but losing her job months ago was different. The setback hit hard. Weeks of unanswered applications turned into months, and the frustration chipped away at her confidence, clarity, and hope. She felt stuck—unsure of what steps to take next.

That’s when she joined CWS, using our Job Readiness Program as her launching pad. Over the course of the program, Tania received a brand-new, professionally crafted resume, honed her job search strategy, and gained valuable skills to position herself for success.

She didn’t stop there. Tania then transitioned into our 6-week Hotel & Hospitality Training Program, where she built industry-specific skills and learned how to present herself with professionalism and confidence. Armed with her updated resume and new determination, she took bold action—walking into her local Star Market to ask if they were hiring.

Shortly after, she was offered an interview. Thanks to her preparation, follow-up etiquette, and polished interview skills, Tania secured a job offer!

Today, Tania isn’t just enjoying financial stability—she’s found purpose, regained her confidence, and rediscovered her belief in herself. She’s proof that it’s never too late to start fresh and succeed.
