Participant Success Story

CWS continues to support migrants who are in need of comprehensive workforce training programs and resources.

Originally from Ukraine, Ross had to immediately leave his home when the war started. He came to CWS to develop a new set of marketable career skills as he transitioned to living in the United States. To strengthen his skills, he enrolled in our Solar Technician Training Program, and he was able to develop a specialized skill set needed to work in the expanding clean energy industry. He accepted a position with Bluebikes, a regional electric bike sharing program that utilizes solar-powered stations. We look forward to continuing to support Ross with his future career goals.
